Homes by Diamond (originally Brookstone Properties) was created to work directly with Diamond Construction, and build quality custom homes in Canandaigua, New York. John J.J. Waugh, Owner and President, instituted many new procedures in order to make the process of building a home an exciting learning experience. Thus, our purpose, as a company, is to take our customers through an organized and trouble-free process of building the home of their dreams. Through many new and innovative ideas, we strive to build beautiful custom homes that create a fresh atmosphere for our customers.

Each one of our different communities has something unique to offer. It may be beautiful views of Canandaigua Lake, acres of gardens and walking paths, or a location within walking distance of downtown Canandaigua.
